Contact us by telephone no later than 8 p.m. on the day before (for the standard rate) on +43 4242 42000 24. Our customer and booking centre is available. from Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 21:00 hours. Or simply book online 24/7 (online booking will be available from august 2024).

We will only require some simple information from you (travel dates, number of people and luggage) and your transfer is already booked.

We honour accessibility and equality. Our transport guarantee for bookings before 8 p.m. also applies to people who use a wheelchair. When booking, however, please state in the ‘other’ field if you prefer to stay seated in your wheelchair or if the wheelchair can be stored in the boot / trunk while you sit in passenger compartment or if it is an electric wheelchair. We need this information so that we can organise a suitable vehicle for you.
