Our service centre is available every day from 5 am to midnight. Of course, you can book a ride online 24/7.

We only guarantee your ride if you reserve the day before you want to use the Shuttle, by 8 pm at the latest.

Passengers in a wheelchair have to be registered 48h before the ride at the latest so we can provide an appropriate vehicle.

In order to make the phone reservation process as swift as possible, we kindly ask you to please have the following information ready when you call us: Your accommodation, bus or train connection, number of passengers, and when you would like to be picked up.

Children under 6 accompanied by an adult ride for free.

Children under 12 (accompanied by an adult) get a 50% discount on the regular fare.

If you miss your connection and therefore arrive later at your destination, we kindly ask you to please inform our service centre about the delay as soon as possible.

If the delay happens on your regular itinerary, our drivers will wait for you. If the delay is unusually long, we will make sure to provide an alternative shuttle for you. We kindly ask you to please inform our service centre about your delay.

For the transfers, we combine multiple reservations into one ride. The detour tolerance is max. 50% of the direct route. If a detour is required, we will schedule it accordingly and guarantee that you will be dropped off at the station in time.

Our shuttles are marked with a blue arrow and the word “Shuttle”, and will wait for you outside the entrance hall. At larger stations, like Klagenfurt or Villach, our driver will wait for you at the exit.

Please note, that our shared rides can only delay their departure by 30 minutes maximum if they have to wait for another train to arrive.

You can cancel or change your shuttle reservation for free until 7.59 pm the day before your arrival. ISTmobil GmbH will charge 100% of the fare rate for the respective ride for journeys that were booked but were not used, or cancelled or changed too late.

Dogs are only allowed with a muzzle. Depending on the size of the dog, additional costs may apply.

Luggage is normally free of charge, but we ask that you give us an indication of the approximate size of your luggage so that we can plan our capacity accordingly.

Winter sports equipment can be taken along free of charge.

There is a charge for taking bicycles with you.

We honour accessibility and equality. Our transport guarantee for bookings before 8 p.m. also applies to people who use a wheelchair. When booking, however, please state in the ‘other’ field if you prefer to stay seated in your wheelchair or if the wheelchair can be stored in the boot / trunk while you sit in passenger compartment or if it is an electric wheelchair. We need this information so that we can organise a suitable vehicle for you.
